Which Is The Best Leveling Spec For WoW Mages?

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hi and welcome to my WoW leveling article about Mages and their talent Trees. If you want to find out if the Fire spec is better than Frost or the other way round, this mage leveling guide has the answer.

First of all let’s take a look at the frost build. Which are the strengths and weaknesses?

The talent spec is weak if you fight against single opponents. You will waste a lot of time if you intend to use the frost spec to kill off single targets. That’s why I urge you to use Fire instead of Frost if you plan on doing it this way.

But the talent tree is perfect if you plan to pull dozens of targets and nuke them down with insane AoE power. Frost Nova is a great way to bind targets to the ground and cast spells from afar. There are also many useful defensive abilities in the frost tree which can easily save your life.

And what about the Fire spec? You will only fight against a few or only single enemies, that’s why it requires less concentration. The DPS against single targets rocks! You can deal huge burst damage and knock your target down in a matter of seconds. The fire tree is for every who just wants to level without acting too much.

On the other hand it leaves you more vulnerable than the Frost spec. If you want to take one more than one mob you have to slow them somehow. That’s what the Fire tree is weak at. You are forced to only engage in combat against one enemy at a time.

And which spec is better for leveling? The Frost build as any serious mage leveling guide will tell you! The ability to kill off up to 10 mobs at the same time grants you much more exp that killing single mobs.

You just need a short training to be able to pull off this leveling tactic. Pull a few mobs while riding on your mount. Now Frost Nova them on one spot. Blink away and then wrack havoc on them using Blizzard and Cone of Cold. Should any mob survive cast another Frost Nova and repeat the process!

World Of WarCraft Guide – Leveling With A Mage

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hi and welcome to my Mage leveling guide. Are you planning to start a new mage in WoW and level it up all the way to level 80? Then must will feel very frustrated. Leveling in WoW does not only take a huge amount of time, it’s also confusing and painful.

You see, once you start a new character you are instantly overwhelmed by huge loads of information: Kill this monster. Gather more quest items. Thousands of quests are waiting for you already. But it gets even worse: Because of all the follow-up quests you often run the same way twice and wander around in circles, killing the same kind of mobs more than just once!

But there’s a way to get the job done faster than before.

Your first step is to focus on your strength: As a mage you can easily deal huge AoE damage. You AoE damage is far superior to other classes and the Frost mage leveling build is especially effective. My advice for you: Use the Frost talent tree to support your bread and butter spells. Focus on Cone of Cold, Blizzard and Frost Nova.

The next important spec is to get Glyphs to enhance your abilities as soon as possible. The goal is to be ready once the slot is unlocked so you can equip them immediately without traveling back. You want to equip that glyph right away!

Let’s recap: You have chosen the Frost spec which enables you to easily take on huge groups of mobs at a time. And you have the matching Glyphs. Is there still more?

The only thing missing is a leveling guide which works in-game to streamline your questing path. A proven leveling guide will help you to find the perfect questing path: The fastest way to complete as many quests as possible without wandering around or killing the same mob twice!

An in-game leveling guide will always tell you the exact next step to take on your way to level 80.

The WoW Guide To Level Your Druid Faster

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hello fellow Druid! My article is all about the Druid talent builds and which one you should be using to level faster and gather the right gear for the endgame content before it is too late!

Alright, let’s dive right in.

1) The Balance Spec

The Balance talent build is a caster talent build. What are the consequences? As a Balance druid you will level pretty slowly unless you get your hands on really good equipment. All your spells need mana – if you don’t have enough mana you are not able to kill off monsters.

Here’s the problem: In the old world there’s hardly any spellcaster gear. That’s why I urge you not to choose Balance below level 60.

2) Feral Tree

This talent tree does not require spellcaster gear and still generates a nice DPS. It also increases your survivability a lot! You don’t even have to spend any mana on your damage dealing skills and abilities. It’s easy to fight your enemy, kill it and then shapeshift to heal yourself up before you start the next fight.

The Feral tree is the best for leveling purposes. Once you hit level 78 or so, dungeons become more interesting for you. The thing is you can either join parties as a damage dealer panther or a tank bear. And there are a lot of them already looking for a group.

3) The Restoration Tree

The Restoration tree focuses on healing alone and I do not recommend the tree if you just want to quest alone. However, if you want to level up by visiting Dungeons being a healer is extremely helpful.

But once you hit about level 77-78 the build becomes attractive! A healer is always welcomed in many groups and you can easily find a group to visit dungeons and start collecting gear for the endgame.

Is This The Easy And Fast Way To Level A WoW Character?

Tagged Under : , , ,

Many people complain about the long time it takes to level their WoW character from level 1-80. In my opinion, fast leveling is easy if you take a moment and think about it.

Certain aspect of the game are holding you back from flying through the levels and you can identify them easily.

First things first: Your character class and leveling spec. Some classes are better suited for fast leveling than others, of course. Hunter and Mages have a huge advantage because of their natural ability to deal either huge burst or AoE damage.

But no matter which class you desire to get to level 80 – you can always save a lot of time by choosing a proven leveling talent build. Those builds focus on one advantage of your class. Take the Mages Frost Talent Build for example. This build enhances the Mages ability to deal damage to a lot of enemies at the same time.

The Beast Master Hunter is another example. A Hunter can focus on the Beast Mastery talent tree and make his pet much more powerful. Beast Masters literally have their own little tank by their side to catch the agression of their opponents. A great way to save time while leveling.

Another huge difficulty you have to face – maybe the most important of all – is to get your questing path dialed in order to level as fast as possible.

You probably already know that questing – not grindng – is the fastest way to level up. But you can do the quests both in a random, inefficient order or streamline your questing path.

This is probably the greatest timesaver of all. Unfortunately if you try do do it on your own it’s almost impossible. The only quick fix is getting a leveling guide add-on. I’m talking about in-game add-ons that show you proven and efficient step-by-step instructions to guide you from level 1-80 in the fastest, easiest way possible.

Get yourself an in-game leveling guide and a popular talent spec and you will literally fly through the levels!

Top Three Strategies On Leveling A WoW Shaman

Tagged Under : , , ,

Do you want to level your Shaman from level 1-80 without all the frustration that comes with leveling a WoW character? Take a look at my Shaman Leveling overview and you will know how to increase your leveling speed and power and have more fun when playing WoW.

Shaman Leveling Tip 1:

Do not even think about choosing the Elemental talent build before you hit at least level 60!! Let me say it again to make it perfectly clear. The Elemental build is not for characters below level 60.

The problem is that you will find no viable gear in the “old world”. Sure, you can visit instances and if you have high level friends to pull you through, you can get your equipment there but… you will still waste time on the way.

The Enhancement build is the way to fast shaman leveling until you hit level 60 and can visit the outlands. Once you are there you are free to choose whatever build you like, but Enhancement is still a very good build.

Shaman Leveling Tip 2:

Do quests and do them on your own. If you want to have the best xp/hour rate you have to skip grinding, visiting instances or playing in a party. You want to ding 80 as soon as you can? Get the Enhancement build and start to complete quests on your own.

Shaman Leveling Tip 3:

Click here to get an in-game leveling add-on. Those add-ons provide you with the perfect questing path. You already know that questing is the best way to gather experience. And a perfect questing path is simply the best, fastest, easiest way to complete quests.

The addon will show you exactly where to go, which quest to do and which quest to avoid. Yes, there are quests that intentionally waste your time so you have to play longer, but a leveling guide will eliminate those time-wasters for you!
