Arms Or Fury Build – Which Is The Best Warrior Leveling Spec?

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hello fellow World of Warcraft player! Are you about to start a new character and want to get it to the max level as fast as possible? Well, my warrior leveling guide is going to show you the most effective build to level up quick and easy.

In my opinion, the Arms talent build is the most effective, and there’s a simple reason for my opinion. It’s the significant difference between the Arms and the Fury build.

If you choose the Fury spec you will use two weapons and dual-wield them. In fact the Fury spec is quite a good spec. It’s strength is the ability to deal huge damage even over a long period of time. This strength makes it perfect for raids if you want to be a damage dealing warrior.

The Arms build is different: It focuses on the mastery of a two handed weapon with slow attack speed. The Arms spec is much more powerful when it comes to burst damage. Then all your skills and abilities will be on cooldown.

There’s a way to use the strength without the downside: Pull your opponents and initiate your burst damage. When you would normally deal the mediocre damage you rest and recover health anyway. And once you pull the next mobs your abilities will be usable again. Now you are ready for the next big damage spike.

To save even more time while leveling, get yourself a leveling guide that takes your class into account. While a Warrior like you would get the Warrior guide, Mages for example would choose a mage leveling guide. Using a leveling guide will make leveling infinitely more easy and will save you a lot of time – a great option if you have only little time to play the game.

There are guides both for leveling purposes and for advancing in PvP combat. The Warrior class can make use of both kind of game guides. Of course, if you are into PvP you can also get a arms warrior pvp guide or simply a Warrior PvP Guide. Of course, PvP guides will not help you to level faster. If your goal is to hit the max level and get to the juicy endgame content I urge you to choose a leveling guide for Warriors.

Warrior Guide – Fury Build Vs Arms Spec

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hi and welcome to my Warrior guide about the two best Warrior leveling talent builds to level your Warrior. You want to finish off monsters as fast as you can to complete quests at maximal speed. But which one is better? The Arms spec or the Fury spec?

First of all, let’s take a look at the Fury spec and all the advantages and disadvantages. This leveling spec focuses on wielding two weapons, one in each hand. At a higher level you will even be able to dual-wield two handed weapons. The spec focuses on high attack speed to strike as often as you can. The Fury build allows you to have a consistently high DPS. The weakness of the build is the lack of burst damage – the DPS is always very similar.

Now let’s look at the Arms tree – it’s about wielding one very slow two handed weapon. The damage of each swing with your weapon will be very high. The thing is, since your weapon DPS is always the same, slower attack speed means higher damage per swing.

Here’s the trick: The arms tree is full of talents and skills that enable us to make more instant strikes with the weapon. And that damage is great as we have seen. The burst damage you can produce with the Arms talents is amazing.

Which is better for leveling? If you ask me it’s the Arms build. Consistent damage is great if you can deal damage without making a break. When you fight boss mobs that’s perfect. It’s different if you are talking about leveling here. You are killing off mobs and then you make a break to regen health.

These breaks are perfect to get the cooldowns of your skills back up. When you are ready you deal burst damage to the next group of mobs. That’s way more effective then dealing the averagely high damage and waste damage potential while making a break!

I hope you enjoyed this Warrior guide – see you at level 85 soon!

Ultimate WoW Warrior Leveling Spec

Tagged Under : , , ,

Hi and welcome to my article about the best Warrior Spec to hit level 80 with your Warrior and start exploring the endgame content. When browsing forums and blogs I often find one question: Is it better to level with the Arms Warrior spec or the Fury Warrior spec?

There’s a simple answer to this question: In the early levels Arms is superior. Although you can switch to the Fury tree later on if you want it’s not really necessary.

Let me explain to you why the Arms talent build is superior to the Fury spec in the early levels of the game: All of the talents are useful to you immediately. Take a look at the Fury talents below level 40 on the other hand: None of them really gives you the boost you need. Although I don’t want to say that all Fury talents below 40 are bad you have to invest too many talent points to get the few hidden gems.

The Arms Warrior Spec on the other hand increases your leveling power right away. Almost every talent supports your bread and butter abilities that will be the core skills of your leveling strategy.

Things change once you hit level 40 and are able to get the dual-wield talent in the Fury tree. At this point of the game the Fury talent build becomes a viable alternative to the Arms leveling spec. But I want to make something clear: You CAN re-spec if you like dual-wielding more than 2h weapons but it’s still not necessary.

There’s a slight difference between the Arms and Fury build. Fury concentrates on a consistently high damage output while the Arms talent build is way better at creating huge burst damage. Take advantage of the fact that you can deal the burst damage to kill off your enemy and you will get another slight advantage with the Arms build.

That’s the main reason why – in my opinion – the Arms leveling spec is a bit superior to the Fury talent build.

3 Reasons Why You Need A Warrior Leveling Guide

Tagged Under : , , ,

Do you want to level up a new WoW Warrior but don’t want all the frustration that comes with leveling a character in the World of Warcraft? You can solve a lot of problems and level easier and faster with an in-game Warrior leveling guide.

I’m talking about an add-on that will cut through all the distractions for you by giving you in-game instructions on how to level as fast as possible. I want to share with you the top 3 reasons for playing with a Warrior guide:

Benefit 1: Get Your Questing Path Dialed

Most of all problems related to leveling come from a messed-up questing path. There are so many quests in WoW, it’s impossible to know the best order in which to accept them, complete them and turn them in.

That’s why most players will waste days or even weeks stumbling through Azeroth, searching for the next best quest. They have to visit the same areas and NPCs over and over and kill the same kind of mob again and again because they forgot some follow up quest.

A Warrior leveling guide simply eliminates this problem by giving you step-by-step instructions on the most efficient questing path. When you follow the easy instructions on your screen you are rewarded with an insane experience/hour rate.

Benefit 2: Leveling Talent Specs

We all need a good talent build if we want to level fast. But did you know that instead of browsing the internet you can use a Warrior guide with a talent advisot to automatically get the best leveling specs?

If you don’t want to, you can turn your talents on auto pilot and always have the best build.

Benefit 3: Gold, Reputation, Profession

Of course you don’t just want to ding 80. You want to ding 80, hit your profession skill cap and have tons of gold. Now, a good Warrior leveling guide can help you to achieve all that. Hit your profession skill cap, have tons of gold and lots of repuation when you finally ding 80.

How To Spec A Fury Warrior – Warrior Builds

Tagged Under : , , ,

The Fury build is one of the most popular warrior builds. It’s not only effective, you will also get a fearsome look thanks to your massive armor and two large weapons.

The talent build is great both for leveling and raids since it focuses on a constant damage output. The damage is far more consisten than the damage of the Arms talent build and all in all a bit higher.

Although the Fury warrior is very straight forward, it’s not automatically easy to play. Let me give you a basic introduction to this popular build and how to use it for best efficiency.

First things first: The Fury build is all about duel-wielding! I know that veterans already know it, but some beginners get the wrong idea anyway. Better say it one time to often than seeing someone with Fury build and a shield in their off-hand.

When you compare the build with the Protection or Arms tree, you will see that you focus a lot more on hit rating, attack speed and critical hit rating.

Although you can use it for leveling, the Fury build is really for raiding. If you use this spec you will be able to keep up a high damage output over a long time. This is what qualifies the Fury Warrior for the role of a damage dealer in the raid party. That being said let me add that you will be highly dependant on good gear. Otherwise other melee classes will be one step ahead of you.

Combined with a maxed first-aid skill it’s also a great leveling build. It’s not as efficient as the Arms build when it comes to leveling but still very viable.

But be warned: Don’t even try to level with the Fury spec in the early levels of the game. The talents that are available before you hit level 40 are just not as efficient as the Arms tree talents. That’s why many players prefer to start with the Arms build and re-spec to the Fury spec once they hit level 40-50.

And don’t forget that you can always spec two builds – why not choose Fury and, for example, the Protection Spec for instances?
